Bay of Fires Cheeses are handcrafted using traditional methods, passed on through the generations made onsite at their boutique cheese factory on Tasmania’s beautiful East Coast.
They will be offering their cheese on generous platters with crackers (gluten free option available), relishes and olives to accompany. Perfect to be enjoyed on the day! They’ll also have grilled gourmet toasties, featuring a delicious combination of two of their cheeses, served with Tasmanian Relish and a sprinkle of Sea Salt.
