Ticket Terms & Conditions

1.    ALL attendees from 0 - 101 require a valid ticket, with no exceptions. 

2.     Tickets are not to be duplicated.

3.    All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

4.    Tickets to Bicheno Food & Wine Festival are non-refundable, though a ticket buyback system may be available.
If you change your mind or are unable to come for personal reasons, we may offer a "ticket buyback" service. An administration fee may be charged. Email us on info@nullbichenofestivals.com.au, quote your ticket number(s) and we'll be in touch. This service will only be offered if there is demand on the waitlist and at the discretion of the event organisers.

5.    In the event that a refund is granted it will only be refunded to the same credit card used at the time of booking. If your credit card has been lost, cancelled or expired, no refund can be offered.

6.    Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances less than one week from the event. 

7.    Bicheno Food & Wine Festival reserves the right to refuse entry.

8.    Bicheno Food & Wine Festival has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event; by purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that you may appear in photography or videography that will be used by Bicheno Food & Wine Festival for marketing purposes in the future.

9.    Any data collected for this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act
