Chan Bao

Our small journey has started from 2018 to begin selling handmade soft gua bao at local markets from the back of a truck. Why Eva and I started selling bao bun? It is because bao bun is a reflection of Eva’s childhood memories of her homeland. She ate gua bao as a brekkie every day when she was a school kid. Also, At the beginning we couldn’t find a good Taiwanese food in Tassie. Then, We decided starting our own soft bao buns with local ingredients. We’ve added a modern twist for our new home, Tasmania.
