Osare (pronounced o’ za-ray) in Italian, means to dare. Dare is both my son and my maternal grandfather’s middle name. We produce Liquori, alcoholic drinks with natural flavours obtained through infusion, not to be confused with overly sweet liqueurs. Our liquori include both Aperitivi and Digestivi: before dinner spirits made for mixing into cocktails and after dinner spirits and liqueurs made to sip on after multiple courses. Osare liquori are hand-made with a simple process, so that every bottle can be shared with food, family and friends to bring back fond memories or make new ones.
